A short list, deliberately
Each person looks after a limited number of houses. When it's full we open a waiting list rather than lower the bar. It's the only way the twelfth visit of the month is done as well as the first.
About us
Why we're called this.
The sereno was the night watchman who held the keys to every door on the street and walked his round. If something went wrong, he knew before the owner did. That is what we do.
Always the same person
They know your house, they know what noise the boiler makes and they remember last year's ceiling stain. A different inspector every month cannot notice that something has changed.
Everything in writing
If it isn't in the report, it didn't happen. No «I'll tell you about it» over WhatsApp. Every visit leaves a trace and that trace is yours forever.
We don't sell renovations
We coordinate trades because it saves you time, but we take no commission on the work. If we tell you something needs fixing, it's because it needs fixing.
Nobody has looked at your house for weeks.
That's fixable today, and it costs less than the excess on a water claim.
