About the keys, seriously
It's what worries people most, and rightly so. We sign a custody protocol with your details and ours. Keys are held in a coded safe, and the code is NOT linked to your address on any paper or any screen: if someone took the whole safe, they wouldn't know which door each key opens. Every entry is logged with time and location in the visit report. And if you'd rather have a smart lock, we'll fit one and you're the one who grants and revokes our access from your phone.
The product isn't the visit
It's the proof we were there.
Anyone can tell you they dropped by your house. We show you: every report carries the time in and out, verified location, the result of each check, and photos with the date burned in.
