What happens when you write
On WhatsApp
If you'd rather write from your phone, the green button at the bottom right opens WhatsApp with the message already started. Same number. It is read Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm: at the weekend there is nobody at the other end, and we would rather say so than leave you waiting. We do not give custom quotes there, because we do not make them: the prices are published and you sign up on the website.

We reply the same working day, and the person replying is someone on the team, not an automated form.

If the house is in one of the towns where we already do rounds, we tell you which plan fits and what yours costs specifically. If it isn't, we say so just as plainly: we would rather lose a customer than promise a visit we cannot make.

You don't need to give us the exact address in your first message. With the town, whether it's a flat or a house, and how many months a year it sits closed, we can already answer with a price.
