Terres de l'Ebre · Baix Ebre

We look after your second home in Camarles.

Regular visits, a full protocol inspection and a report with dated photos after each one. From €69/month, no lock-in.

What we watch for here in particular

Already in the delta: very high humidity, mosquitoes and salinity. Closed country houses build up mould and corrosion at a speed you do not see elsewhere on the coast.

What fails first in Camarles

Your house is yours, but the surroundings belong to everyone. These are the features of Camarles that shape every visit.

  • Delta

Permanent humidity and salinity, with mosquitoes and accelerated corrosion. Airing the house here is not a detail: it is the job.

  • Track access

The track is part of the house: if a storm washes it out, nobody gets in. We check it every visit and warn you before it becomes impassable.

  • Farmhouse or country house

Old structure, a large roof and outbuildings that are almost never opened. The inspection is long and done in parts, not a glance.

  • Empty all winter

Months with the house shut and the blinds down. Dry traps, damp and stale air are the guaranteed result if nobody goes in to air it.

What we do on every visit

The same points, always in the same order.

It isn't «a walk round the house». It's a fixed protocol repeated identically every time, so that anything that has changed since the last visit stands out.

01

Water

  • Main stopcock and meter
  • Leaks under the sink, basins and washing machine
  • Traps and drains (topped up with water so they don't dry out)
  • Boiler or cylinder: pressure and no dripping
  • Stains and damp on ceilings and walls
02

Power and cold

  • Consumer unit and RCD trip test
  • Fridge and freezer running, no ice build-up
  • Outside lighting and presence timers
  • Supply status and meter readings
03

Security

  • Doors, locks and signs of forced entry
  • Windows, shutters and awnings
  • Alarm status, where fitted
  • Boundary, gates and access points
04

Air

  • Cross-ventilation of the whole house
  • Relative humidity measured with a hygrometer
  • Mould in wardrobes, under beds and in blind spots
  • Signs of pests: insects, rodents, nests
05

Outside

  • Visible roof, gutters and downpipes
  • Terrace, porch and outdoor furniture
  • Pool: level, water clarity and filtration
  • Garden: irrigation, growth and firebreak
06

And what you can't see

  • Post and junk mail cleared from the letterbox
  • Removal of notices that advertise an empty house
  • Follow-up on whatever was left open at the last visit

24 checks on every visit, without exception.

The product isn't the visit

It's the proof we were there.

Anyone can tell you they dropped by your house. We show you: every report carries the time in and out, verified location, the result of each check, and photos with the date burned in.

  • In your inbox the same day as the visit
  • Kept forever in your client area
  • Anything wrong is flagged with a photo and a recommendation
  • Downloadable as PDF, which is what your insurer will ask for

What needs watching

The north gutter is blocked with leaves, and humidity in the small bedroom is up four points since the last visit. I'd clear the gutter before the October rains. I've asked for a quote and will send it tomorrow.

Questions from owners in Camarles

How much does it cost to look after a house in Camarles?
The same as anywhere else we reach: from €69/month for one visit, €119 for two and €199 for four, with no lock-in. The only thing that changes the price is your house — size, pool, garden — not the town. The exact figure appears before you pay, not after.
How often do you come out in Camarles?
As often as you contract: one, two or four visits a month. After a storm, heavy rain or a serious weather warning we come anyway, and that is not charged separately.
How do I know you have actually been?
Because you can see it. Every visit leaves a report with date, time, the checklist of what was inspected and photos of the real state of the property. It is in your client area within 24 hours, and if something turns up that shouldn't, we call you the same day.

Nobody has looked at your house for weeks.

That's fixable today, and it costs less than the excess on a water claim.
