- Viladecans→Residential ground beside the Llobregat delta, with garden houses and flats owned by families away for long stretches. High ambient humidity and vegetation that never takes a break.
- Gavà→Gavà Mar is pure front line: houses and flats with gardens facing the beach, closed for much of the winter. Sand, salt and idle pools, with delta humidity underneath it all.
- Castelldefels→Bellamar, Montemar and the beach area concentrate houses with pools owned by non-residents. Sloping plots above, sand and salt below, and a long winter with the blinds down.
- Begues→Inside the Garraf natural park, with large plots surrounded by woodland and track access. The firebreak strip and the water tank are basic maintenance here, not an extra.
