- Sant Jaume d'Enveja→Els Muntells and the scattered delta houses live with the damp indoors. Salinity, mosquitoes and tracks that turn to mud: a closed house here degrades faster than on the rocky coast.
- Amposta→Poblenou del Delta and Eucaliptus are seasonal hamlets surrounded by rice fields. Permanent humidity, long track access and homes opened two or three times a year.
- Sant Carles de la Ràpita→A harbour, the Alfacs bay and plenty of seasonal flats. The salt of an enclosed bay is especially aggressive with ironmongery and aluminium blinds in unused homes.
- Alcanar→Les Cases d'Alcanar is front-line seasonal property, largely owned from outside the area. Constant salt and months of closed house, with the owner several hours away.
- Ulldecona→An inland town with old houses and farmhouses across the municipality, close to the Valencian border. Old structure, access tracks and family homes opened only for the local holidays.
