Farmhouse or country house
Old structure, a large roof and outbuildings that are almost never opened. The inspection is long and done in parts, not a glance.
Forest interface
The firebreak strip is a legal duty, not advice, and nobody reminds an empty house about it. We watch vegetation, gutters and branches over the roof.
Garden and irrigation
Automatic irrigation, controller and chambers. A silent leak is invisible: you find it on the water bill three months later.
Track access
The track is part of the house: if a storm washes it out, nobody gets in. We check it every visit and warn you before it becomes impassable.

- Cross-ventilation of the whole house
- Relative humidity measured with a hygrometer
- Mould in wardrobes, under beds and in blind spots
- Signs of pests: insects, rodents, nests

- Visible roof, gutters and downpipes
- Terrace, porch and outdoor furniture
- Pool: level, water clarity and filtration
- Garden: irrigation, growth and firebreak

- Post and junk mail cleared from the letterbox
- Removal of notices that advertise an empty house

- How often do you come out in Mont-ras?
